Congratulations to 16 CDOIC students mathematicians, who competed in the fourth ASDAN American Math Tournament (AMT) in Beijing this month.

　　在我校数学老师Lulu Chen和Doris Zhang带领下，我校16名学生参加了8月在北京举办的ASDAN美式数学竞赛。学生们与来自全国各地近600名学生的78所国际学校进行了竞赛。竞赛的主席来自美国顶尖大学，如哈佛、斯坦福、麻省理工学院和加州大学伯克利分校。只有顶尖的学生被选中加入，所以竞争非常激烈。

　　Two of our math teachers, Ms. Doris Zhang and Ms. Lulu Chen, took 16 students in two teams to compete in the ASDAN AMT (ASDAN美式数学竞赛) this year. Our students competed with nearly 600 students from 78 International Schools from all over the country. The chairmen of the AMT areall from American top universities such as Harvard, Stanford, MIT, and UC Berkeley. Only top students are chosen to join intense and competitive tournament.

　　作为今年中国西南的唯一参与者，我校同学在个人测试中取得了非常优异的结果！在近600名数学爱好者中，我校以下同学斩获佳绩：

　　13年级Smile获得了代数：荣誉奖

　　12年级Toby获得了代数：荣誉奖

　　13年级Celia获得了代数和数论与组合：荣誉奖

　　13年级Kevin获得了数论与组合：优异奖

　　CDOIC were the only participants from Southwest China, and this year we achieved impressive results in the individual section!
