新生注册需提供(或准备)资料:

　　2、家庭户口簿(户主页及学生本人页，复印在一张纸)复印件2份(备注：外籍学生提供护照复印件即可)

　　3、学生本人身份证复印件(如无，暂时不上交，家长要做好计划抓紧办理)

　　4、区级以上(含区级)医院体检表原件及复印件

　　5、学生学籍表1份(国网学籍表)

　　6、彩色一寸照片6张

　　7、预防接种证原件

　　8、出生证复印件

　　1、走读生：书包、校服、纯净水、餐具

　　2、住宿生：书包、校服、空调、床、衣柜、被褥、蚊帐、枕头、床单、脸盆、牙杯、牙膏、牙刷、毛巾、衣夹、衣架、纸巾、沐浴露、洗发水等。

　　2、 Boarders: school bag, uniform, air conditioner, bed, wardrobe, blanket, mosquito net, pillow, sheet, washbasin, tooth cup, toothpaste, toothbrush, towel, clothespins, clothes hangers, tissue, shower gel, shampoo, etc.

　　学生个人需准备的物品有:

　　1、走读生：水杯2个(教室、宿舍各1个)

　　2、住校生：水杯2个(教室、宿舍各1个)、换洗衣服2-3套、运动鞋、浴巾、拖鞋

　　2、Boarders: 2 cups (one in classroom, the other in dormitory), 2-3 sets of clothes, sports shoes,a bath towel and slippers.

　　学生须严格遵守的学校规章制度：

　　School rules and regulations that students should obey:

　　1、不准携带手机、游戏机、刀具、打火机、零食、电器、低级粗俗的书刊杂志。

　　2、男生不准留长发及染发，不准着奇装异服，不准有纹身，不准有抽烟、喝酒、不准打架斗殴的恶习。

　　3、女生不准留异发及染发，不准化妆、不准佩戴金银首饰品。

　　1、Students are not allowed to carry mobile phones, game consoles, knives, lighters, snacks, electric appliances, vulgar books and magazines.

　　2、Boys are not allowed to have long hair or colored hair, or wearing clothes that are not suitable. Incidents of violence, having tattoos, smoking and drinking alcohol are forbidden.

　　3、Girls are not allowed to have strange hairstyle or colored hair. Making up or wearing jewelries are not allowed, either.
